Thirty minutes with a production engineer
Not a salesperson. Bring a spec, a competitor product or just an idea, and leave knowing what it costs, how long it takes and whether we are the right plant for it.
Four things you leave with
A feasibility answer
Whether your drink can be made on a 250ml can line at all, and what would have to change if not.
An indicative cost
Line time, packaging, formulation and freight — including the four costs first-time founders forget.
A realistic timeline
Sample dates, pilot dates and the slot your run would actually take on the schedule.
A compliance checklist
Label rules, ingredient caps and certificates for the market you are selling into.
Four steps, no obligation
Bring any of these
- Founders launching a first beverage brand
- Existing brands moving away from their current co-packer
- Distributors and importers sourcing for a market
- Retailers and chains developing an own label
- Nutraceutical and ayurvedic businesses entering ready-to-drink
- Anyone with a product to match and no formulation yet

Questions about the call
What is your minimum order quantity?
12,500 units — one batch on the 250ml can line, and deliberately low for this industry. It lets a new brand prove a market before committing to a full container. The same line scales to a lakh units in a cycle when you are ready.
Who owns the formulation?
If we develop it for you and you fund the development, it is yours — assigned in writing at pilot sign-off. If you bring your own recipe, it never leaves your ownership and it is never run for anyone else.
Can you develop a recipe from scratch?
Yes. Our lab builds the recipe against your brief, runs a sensory panel and puts it through stability and shelf-life testing. You get physical samples in 21 days, with two revision rounds included.
Question not answered here?
It goes straight to a production engineer, not a sales inbox.
