Export & logistics
What documents come with an export order?
A certificate of analysis per batch, a health certificate, a certificate of origin, the packing list and commercial invoice, the bill of lading, and any halal or market-specific certificate your destination requires.
Manufacturing
Do you supply packaging or do I?
Either. We supply cans, sleeves, cartons and pallets as standard, or run your nominated materials as job work.
Which service modes do you offer?
Third party, OEM and ODM, private label, job work and principal-to-principal supply. All five run on the same line, with the same documentation.
Can I visit the plant before committing?
Yes. Buyers are welcome on the floor and audits are by appointment on any working day. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walkthrough with a production engineer.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
12,500 units — one batch on the 250ml can line, and deliberately low for this industry. It lets a new brand prove a market before committing to a full container. The same line scales to a lakh units in a cycle when you are ready.
How long from first call to delivered stock?
Eight to fourteen weeks depending on category and market. Formulation is the variable — a matched product moves faster than one built from scratch.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed at pilot sign-off and stated on the quote. The quoted price is the invoiced price — there are no line charges added afterwards.
Product development
Who owns the formulation?
If we develop it for you and you fund the development, it is yours — assigned in writing at pilot sign-off. If you bring your own recipe, it never leaves your ownership and it is never run for anyone else.
Can you develop a recipe from scratch?
Yes. Our lab builds the recipe against your brief, runs a sensory panel and puts it through stability and shelf-life testing. You get physical samples in 21 days, with two revision rounds included.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request and before any brief is discussed in detail.
