- 01 Share your brief Describe the taste, cost and market you are aiming for, and whether you are bringing a specification (OEM) or asking us to develop the recipe (ODM).
- 02 Trial and test Review trial formulations, then confirm taste and stability testing before the recipe is signed off.
- 03 Sign off and produce Lock the approved specification and move into pilot or commercial production under your brand.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM, you provide the specification and we manufacture to it. With ODM, our lab develops the recipe from your brief. Both are produced under your brand.
Who owns the developed recipe?
Ownership, confidentiality and usage rights are agreed as part of the project terms, under mutual NDA. Set these expectations before development begins.
